Upon entering (or leaving) Waltham Abbey along  Sewardstone Rd, look out for the large Nissan Dealership on the left (or right if leaving Waltham Abbey), turn into the road immediately next to the Nissan Dealership, continue along this road (Brooker Rd) to the end, look out for a large blue building called Ability House, Krunch Gym is located to the rear of this building on the ground floor. Parking is provided.
