during our friendly, low cost, group exercise classes!

These classes are highly suitable for people even if they have existing problems such as back pain. In addition to the core stability strengthening and stretching exercise we also teach other self treatment "acupressure / myofascial release" techniques to reduce tension and promote biomechanical balance throughout the body. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities from the relatively frail with chronic pain to elite athletes (for whom the class serves as a perfect complement to intense training).

Cost:  £10 per (1hr) class (payable at the end of each class, cash or cheque)

Location: Chigwell School Sports Hall, Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
